Ordering and Shipping
Every Swan Jewel piece is made to order for you. Here is what happens between placing your order and opening the box.
How ordering works
- You place your order. Choose your metal, centre stone and ring size, and add free engraving if you would like it.
- We confirm the details. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If anything needs clarifying, our team will reach out.
- Your piece is crafted. Casting, setting and finishing take approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
- Final inspection and dispatch. Each piece is inspected, certified, packaged and shipped fully insured.
Production time
Most orders are ready in 3 to 4 weeks. Bespoke and heavily customised pieces may take longer, and we will tell you the expected timeline before work begins.
If you are ordering for a specific date — a proposal, a wedding, an anniversary — please tell us when you order and we will confirm whether it is achievable.
Shipping
All orders ship fully insured and require a signature on delivery. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Customs and duties

Tracking your order
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will trace it for you.
Packaging
Every piece arrives in a keepsake box with a soft interior, wrapped and finished by hand. Outer packaging is deliberately plain and unbranded, so a surprise stays a surprise.
