- Setting inspection — checking prongs, clasps and settings for wear before a stone is lost
- Re-polishing — removing the fine scratches that build up over years of wear

Not covered
We think it is fairer to be clear about this than to leave it vague:
- Accidental damage — repairs are quoted before any work begins
- Loss or theft — please insure your jewelry separately
- Damage caused by work carried out by another jeweller
How often to come back
We recommend a clean and inspection once a year. If you wear a ring daily — and most engagement rings are worn daily — that annual check is the single best thing you can do to protect it.
